The only information gathered by my website is the generic information I capture through Cloudflare's web analytics. This includes:
- Anonymous usage data (page views, visit duration, bounce rate)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Approximate geographic location (country/region level)
- Referring websites
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
This information is used solely to understand website traffic patterns and improve site performance. The data is anonymized and does not personally identify individual users. Cloudflare's analytics does not use cookies for tracking purposes and respects Do Not Track (DNT) browser settings.

Contact Form
If you use the contact form to reach me, I collect the information you submit: your email address, a subject line, and your message. This information is sent directly to my personal inbox via Cloudflare Email Sending and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing, added to a mailing list, or shared with any third party other than Cloudflare, which processes the message for the sole purpose of delivering it to me.
The contact form is also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a CAPTCHA alternative that checks whether a submission is coming from a human rather than a bot. Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser (such as device and network characteristics) to complete this check; it does not use tracking cookies to profile you across other websites. DNS Auto Updater
My privacy policy for the DNS Auto Updater is comprehensive while maintaining minimal data collection:
- Data Collection: The app does not collect personal information about users. It only processes the domain information you explicitly provide to update DNS records.
- Technical Data: The app may collect technical information necessary for its operation, such as IP addresses being updated, domain names, and timestamps of updates.
- Data Storage: All configuration data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to my servers.
- Third-Party Services: When you use the app to update DNS records, the app communicates directly with your DNS provider. Any data shared with those providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.
- Data Retention: Since no user data is stored on my servers, there is no data retention period to consider.
Capture Passthru
My privacy policy for the Capture Passthru app is designed with your privacy in mind:
- Zero Data Collection: The app does not collect any information about its users.
- No Internet Connectivity: The app operates entirely offline and does not connect to the internet at all.
- Local Processing: All capture and processing happen locally on your device.
- No Telemetry: The app does not include any crash reporting, usage analytics, or telemetry features.
- Media Access: The app only accesses your camera or other media inputs with your explicit permission through system prompts, and this access is used solely for the app's core functionality.
